This policy is limited to 1 frame/lens restyle per purchase during the covered period.
WARRANTY ON FRAME AND LENSES
- All current frames have a FREE 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, from date of purchase, against manufacturer’s defects and normal wear and tear. We will repair or replace any defective frame or worn out part FREE of charge.
- Premium lens coatings have a separate manufacturer’s warranty against defects and visually significant scratches and will be replaced FREE of charge for 1 year from the date of purchase.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
- Damage due to neglect, accidents, misuse, “the kids broke them”, or “I sat on them”, and including any other non-manufacturers’ defect will be replaced at a 50% discount off the current price for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Lens replacements will be made in the original prescription and materials.
Frames can be replaced when the original frame is returned and is beyond repair.
Lost or stolen glasses are not covered by the manufacturers’ or extended warranties.
Standard uncoated lenses do not have a manufacturer’s warranty.
